What We Check on Every Visit
Our inspection protocol covers the interior and exterior of your property systematically — adapted for the specific characteristics of the community and property type we’re monitoring.
Interior
Every interior inspection covers HVAC operation and filter condition, all visible plumbing (under sinks, around the water heater, washing machine connections), mold and moisture indicators near the air handler and in bathrooms and laundry areas, kitchen and laundry for slow leaks and pest activity, the electrical panel and all detectors, and all windows, doors, and interior ceilings for evidence of water intrusion.
Exterior
Every exterior inspection covers the roof, gutters, fascia and soffits, pool and spa equipment and water chemistry, landscaping and irrigation, all entry points and exterior lighting, and any visible HOA compliance concerns.
The Report
After every visit, you receive a written report with timestamped photographs — delivered digitally. That report is your documentation file: for your insurer, for your peace of mind, and for any contractor who needs to understand the property’s condition.
