The primary difference is visit frequency: Silver is bi-weekly (twice a month); Gold is weekly. Both include written reports, emergency response, and mail collection. Gold adds vendor coordination — we liaise with licensed contractors on your behalf. Gold is recommended for pool properties and owners away for the full hurricane season window (May–October).
We work on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contract required. Most clients stay for the full seasonal absence — typically five to six months — but you can start or stop at any time.
If something needs repair or attention during an inspection, we handle the coordination with licensed local contractors on your behalf. We get quotes, manage access, and confirm the work is completed — so you don't have to manage repairs from a distance.
Yes, absolutely. If you start on Silver and find you'd prefer more frequent visits — or if you're away longer than planned — you can upgrade to Gold at any time. Just let us know.
